About The Job

• The Steering Officer supports the CIB IT Steering Governance and Architecture Cluster (initially with a Switzerland IT focus) in designing and documenting processes, in accordance with BNP Paribas’ CIB ITO governance. He/she assists in deploying these processes in Switzerland by providing support and advice, ensuring compliance across IT structures, and fostering continuous improvement.

Your Main Activities Are

• Act as a stakeholder in building or aligning the reference framework for IT CH processes, with a focus on Project Life Cycle processes.
• Operationally deploy Group-level IT processes within the supervised entity, in line with the CIB/IT CH deployment plan.
• Implement standards and rules of the Project Life Cycle (PLC) governance defined by CIB, adapting them into efficient operational processes.
• Define and maintain local documentation of project governance, including templates, guidelines, and key milestones documentation.
• Support IT project managers in implementing project governance through coaching and training.
• Consolidate, analyze, and report the IT entity's project portfolio to the local CIO.
