The TPM should provide
-
- end project management services for the refresh of Audio & Video devices across identified sites in EMEA.

1. Attend project team meetings and all other meetings necessary to progress the project through site plan, design, commissioning, handover, and project closeout at each site.
2. Analyze audits at all locations to finalize project scope per site.
3. Communicate the technology solutions to replace all units decommissioned. Input into design process for each unit at each location with this information.
4. Work with Global Program Manager and regional PMs and project controls to propose budget and schedule for each site, incorporating logistics information and product availability.
5. Develop and implement procurement plans for services and products for each region/site deployment.
6. Place all hardware orders and coordinate with project controls to ensure procurement of 3rd party technology.
7. Manage the procurement process from placement or order to receipt at the site, including storage management.
8. Provide forecasts of required products to manufacturing, collaborating with the Manager.
9. Work with site contacts to ensure timely delivery.
10. Update standard deployment plans for each site visited and participate in continuous improvement sessions
    - deployment.
11. Decommission existing hardware as per project scope and commission new hardware.
12. Provide Day 2 support for the site.
13. Coordinate technical activities on site and escalate issues as necessary.
14. Ensure all asset management updates are completed following site activities.
