IT PROJECT MANAGER – SENIOR (HYBRID LISBON)

Role Overview
We are looking for a Senior IT Project Manager to lead strategic and cross‑functional initiatives within a dynamic and international environment. The selected professional will manage end‑to‑end project delivery – from framing and governance set‑up to execution, monitoring and closure – ensuring that timelines, budgets, and business objectives are consistently met. This role requires high autonomy, analytical thinking and strong leadership skills, coordinating stakeholders across business, IT, operations and finance and driving projects that contribute to transformation and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Project Framing – define scope, objectives, dependencies, key risks, confirm sponsorship and ROI, estimate resources, onboard contributors.
- Study & Design Phase – gather business requirements, coordinate design, define governance, develop roadmap, resource plan, budget forecast, assess risks.
- Execution Phase – drive roadmap execution, track progress, manage risks/issues, lead governance routines, prepare reports, control budget, adjust priorities.
- Completion Phase – conduct retrospectives, document best practices, ensure deliverables meet governance, IT architecture, and control standards.
Technical & Professional Skills
- Proven 6+ years as Project Manager/Project Lead in IT or business transformation.
- Strong analytical, organizational and stakeholder‑management skills.
- Experience in governance design, budget management and stakeholder reporting.
- Understanding of IT architecture principles and operational processes.
- Agile and hybrid framework experience is a plus.
Language Requirements
- English: Fluent (C1 – mandatory).
