As an IT Project Manager for Expansion at Ivy Partners, you will:

- Develop and maintain a comprehensive IT program plan dedicated to the European Expansion program, aligning it with business objectives and timelines.

- Facilitate effective communication and engagement with program sponsors, stakeholders, and business program managers.

- Lead the transformation of legacy systems to modern applications through structured transformation programs.

- Drive change management processes to ensure successful system adoption and transformation.

- Prepare and lead critical meetings, focusing on IT-related topics, including program management, steering, and escalation meetings.

- Identify and address potential issues, blockers, and constraints in the program's critical path, collaborating with sponsors and stakeholders to resolve them.
