? We are looking for a IT Project Manager

? Main Tasks

• Lead and coordinate cross‑functional IT projects/programs ensuring delivery on time, within scope and budget
• Define project frameworks, methodologies, and evaluation parameters aligned with organizational standards
• Plan project activities, set timelines, allocate resources, and monitor progress
• Act as interface between development teams (facing delivery challenges) and production teams (focused on service quality and automation)
• Support the deployment of applications from CI/CD pipelines into production with an industrialized approach
• Conduct quality assurance, verify deliverables, and ensure compliance with requirements throughout the lifecycle
• Identify, assess, and mitigate risks, issues, dependencies, and constraints
• Communicate project status regularly to senior management, sponsors, and stakeholders
• Develop policies, standards, and processes for project management and contribute to long‑term planning
• Coordinate multi‑platform resources and stakeholders across different teams and geographies

? Your Profile & Skills

• Experienced IT Project Manager with proven track record in complex, cross‑functional projects
• Fluent in English and French (mandatory)
• Strong knowledge of Linux, AIX, Oracle, and scripting
• Familiar with Schedulers and monitoring tools (Zabbix, Newtest, Ekara, ELK)
• Expertise in Business Intelligence (BO XI, Cognos, ETL tools like Semarchy)
• Experience in flow management (CFT, Sentinel)
• Solid understanding of CI/CD tools (XLD, XLR, Terraform, Jenkins)
• Knowledge of middleware technologies (Openshift, Apache, Tomcat)
• Strong grasp of ITIL processes and service continuity management
• Ability to bridge technical and business perspectives, ensuring alignment between dev and production teams
• Skilled in stakeholder management, communication, and reporting at senior levels
• Analytical mindset with capacity to identify risks, propose solutions, and drive continuous improvement
• Agile/Lean orientation with focus on innovation and strategic impact
