IT Project Manager (Lisbon)
Your Role
We are seeking a
- level IT Project Manager with a strong technical foundation and finance acumen to lead the implementation and optimization of a Head
Count Planning Project. This strategic initiative focuses on headcount planning, budgeting, and reporting across all of our client’s regions and central functions. The role requires both IT expertise and project leadership skills to ensure successful delivery and integration across systems and teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Project Leadership: Manage
-
- end delivery of the project, including planning, execution, and closure. - Technical Oversight: Collaborate with IT and finance teams to ensure system architecture, data flows, and integration points are aligned with business requirements.
- Process Integration: Oversee integrations from SAP Success
Factors to the HC planning tool (CCH Tagetik) and from the HC planning tool to the Data Platform. - Process Optimization: Lead efforts to improve headcount tracking, budgeting accuracy, and forecasting through automation and digital tools.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Work closely with business units, IT, and external vendors to gather requirements and ensure alignment.
- Risk & Issue Management: Identify and mitigate risks, resolve issues, and maintain project momentum.
- Documentation and Reporting: Maintain technical and functional documentation, and provide regular updates to stakeholders using tools like Power BI, Excel, and project management platforms.
- Training & Support: Facilitate knowledge transfer and training for
- users and support teams.
Your Profile
- 3–5 years of experience in IT project management, preferably in HR or
- related domains. - Solid IT background with experience in system integration, data modeling, and enterprise architecture.
- Understanding of finance processes and budgeting systems.
- Strong analytical and
- solving skills. - Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Proven experience operating in JIRA for project tracking, issue management, and workflow optimization.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with predictive analytics and automated planning tools.
- Knowledge of Success
Factors, Field
Glass, and Tagetik is a plus. - Exposure to Agile or hybrid project methodologies.
- Familiarity with AI capabilities in enterprise planning systems.
