IT Project Manager M/F
This role requires a highly proactive and resilient individual who can manage projects autonomously and navigate within complex governance structures while ensuring adherence to security and compliance standards.
Main Tasks:
1. Project coordination & management :
- Act as the bridge between project teams and IT Teams, ensuring smooth collaboration.
- Develop and track the project roadmap, aligning business needs with IT requirements.
- Identify and anticipate technical, security, and operational risks related to IT integrations & flows connectivity.
- Provide regular status reports to sponsors and stakeholders.
2. IT Governance coordination:
- Lead and coordinate projects, working closely with business and technical teams.
- Ensure that projects comply with Corporate and CIB IT Governance frameworks.
- Ensure adherence to specific governance rules, including compliance, security, and IT validation.
- Contribute to defining, with business, success criteria for POCs and oversee their evaluation for potential scaling to projects.
- Prepare and present documentation, reports, and governance validation requests when needed.
3. Technical & Connectivity management :
- Work closely with the IT teams to integrate digital solutions into the IT ecosystem.
- Define and oversee technical connectivity requirements (APIs, data flows, interoperability, etc).
- Ensure that architectures comply with the corporate IT standards.
- Coordinate testing phases and validation processes with technical teams.
- Drive initiatives around
- trust architecture, encryption, identity management, and secure access controls. - Facilitate communication between business, IT, and project teams.
- Ensure technology watch to stay updated on IT trends and innovations.
Profile
Technical skills:
- 6+ years of experience in IT project management, with a strong focus on compliance, security, and IT governance.
- Strong knowledge of IT architecture principles, APIs, and data exchange protocols.
- Deep understanding of security frameworks and best practices, including secure infrastructure, identity and access management, and risk management.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Ability to communicate in French is a plus.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to push initiatives through complex approval processes.
- Strong
- solving skills and the ability to drive projects forward in challenging and highly regulated environments. - Resilient and proactive mindset, able to operate independently.
- Ability to clearly communicate technical topics, such as security and compliance concepts, to both technical and
- technical audiences.
