About The Job

• Project Manager - IT mission involves defining, designing, and implementing solutions that meet new IT requirements expressed by clients, considering allocated resources, deadlines, and Group’s IT Governance best practices.
• Within CIB2S IT DTS - IT Innovations team, you will manage internal projects within NOA in collaboration with local development teams, other CIB2S IT teams, and business sponsors.

Your Main Activities Are

• Understand and analyze needs from the Business or market changes, propose sustainable solutions aligned with the strategic plan, and translate them into detailed requirements.
• Engage all relevant stakeholders in defining and validating new requirements, assessing potential impacts.
• Ensure the implementation of new features and changes in the Production environment.
• Follow the
  - live process, compare impacts with expectations, and propose adjustments as needed.

Profile and Skills to Success

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology and Computer Science.
• At least 3 years of relevant Project Management experience.
• Proficiency in Agile methodologies (Scrum) and ticketing tools (JIRA or Service
  NOW).
• Advanced level of English, both written and spoken.
• Ability to understand, explain, and support change.
• Strong communication skills, building business & IT relationships.
• Ability to collaborate and be a team player.
