What you need to join us:

Main Responsibilities:

• Plan, manage, and deliver IT projects from scope definition to completion.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary technical teams and ensure collaboration across departments.
• Manage priorities, risks, and deadlines in dynamic environments.
• Ensure IT governance and change management best practices.
• Provide feedback and support continuous improvement.
• Monitor project tasks, risks, and progress.

Requirements:

• 8+ years of experience in project management (preferably in IT Infrastructure or Cybersecurity).
• Strong knowledge of Information Systems and implementation processes.
• Proven leadership and team coordination experience.
• Successful track record managing complex digital projects.
• Proficient in tools such as Excel, Word, Power
  Point, Share
  Point, Jira, Confluence, and Power BI.
• Fluency in Portuguese and English.
• Location: Lisbon.
• Work model: Hybrid – 3 days/week in office
