Role Overview:

We are looking for an IT Project Manager to join one of our biggest clients, a solid and dynamic international insurance company with strong operations in Portugal.

What you will do:

• Lead
-
- end IT projects, ensuring scope, timeline, and budget are achieved.

• Manage stakeholders, teams, and project risks with a proactive and structured approach.

• Contribute to the implementation of innovative technological solutions and new processes.

• Ensure proper governance, reporting, and documentation across all project phases.

• Coordinate
- functional teams and foster collaboration in a dynamic environment.

What you are like:

• Academic background in IT, Management, or a related field, with training in Project Management.

• At least 5 years of professional experience in IT project management and team leadership.

• Fluent in Portuguese (spoken and written) and proficient in English.

• Proven experience in project management methodologies (PMI or equivalent), including financial management, scope, stakeholders, risks, and HR resources.

• Solid knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Power
Point) and project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Project Online, or similar.

• Experience in both Waterfall and Agile methodologies.

• Preferably certified in Project Management (e. g. , PMP, PMI, PRINCE2).
