Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled IT Project Manager to join our team. In this role you will be responsible for managing
- complexity projects across our RSUs, ensuring efficient project delivery within budget and with high quality, while providing excellent remote and
- site technical support. You will play a key role in shaping the success of our global operations while collaborating with diverse teams.

This position is based at our headquarters office in Maia.

Key Responsibilities

• Responsibility for
  - complexity project delivery.
• Analyze, plan and develop requirements and standards in reference to scheduled projects.
• Produce and deliver Technical project reports.
• Responsibility over Customer communication / satisfaction related with project delivery.
• Periodic meetings with clients for personalized monitoring and Customer Care.
• Within the scope of execution of tasks / worksheets of Projects:
• Configuration of Telecommunications and Multimedia equipment (Routers, Switches, Access points, TVs, STBs, camera, Appliances, Servers. . . ).
• Coordination with other Company Product Units for Content, Cloud components for a project delivery.
• Reports execution of surveys to structured networks and wifi in coordination with Field Technicians.
• Preparation of technical task report / maintenance worksheets.
• Field Technician task coordination capacity (own and subcontracted).
• Support planned field interventions and follow up of the issues.
• Produce technical report and execute project handover to Customer Support.

Must Have

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, IT, Telecommunications, or a related field.
• Proven experience in project management, preferably in telecommunications, IT, or multimedia.
• Technical knowledge of network infrastructure, telecommunications, and multimedia systems.
• Experience with configuring and deploying networking equipment.
• Familiarity with structured cabling, Wi-Fi networks, and cloud solutions.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and coordinate with
  - functional teams.
• Excellent communication and customer relationship management skills.
• Fluency in English (spoken and written).
• Availability to travel.

Nice to Have

• Proficiency in additional languages.
• Understanding of Vo
  IP, IPTV, and hospitality technology solutions.
• Experience working in an international and multicultural environment.
