Caixa Mágica Software is looking for an experienced IT Project Manager with a proven technical background, capable of leading multidisciplinary teams, overseeing the technical execution of IT projects, and ensuring the delivery of robust, efficient, and timely solutions.

What will you do?

• Plan, coordinate, and monitor IT projects throughout their lifecycle — from inception to delivery.
• Serve as the link between technical teams, business stakeholders, and external partners.
• Manage timelines, resources, risks, and budgets effectively.
• Understand and contribute to technical discussions and
  - making processes.
• Ensure
  - quality project delivery in terms of performance, security, and scalability.

What are we looking for?

• University degree in Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or equivalent.
• Experience managing IT projects, preferably in complex technical environments.
• Strong technical foundation in areas such as software development.
• Ability to communicate fluently with developers, engineers, and system architects.
• Hands-on experience with Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum.
• Proficiency with project management tools (Jira, Confluence).
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken)

Nice to have:

• Certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum Master, or ITIL.
