? Your Mission:

? Project Framing

• Define objectives, scope, risks, and dependencies

• Confirm sponsorship and business rationale (including ROI)

• Estimate effort and onboard key contributors

? Study & Design Phase

• Gather business requirements, define cost and timeline

• Coordinate experts to design effective solutions

• Identify risks, dependencies, and financial impact

• Design governance and execution roadmap

• Secure resources and funding

? Execution Phase

• Drive roadmap execution and ensure alignment

• Monitor risks, issues, and budget consumption

• Escalate when needed and adjust plans

• Lead governance meetings and reporting

? Completion Phase

• Collect feedback and identify best practices

• Update project management toolkit with lessons learned

✔ Proven experience as a Project Leader / Senior PM

✔ Strong analytical and coordination skills

✔ Ability to lead in

✔ Comfortable working autonomously and under pressure

✔ High motivation and solid work ethic
