Key Responsibilities

Program Leadership:

Lead and manage multiple related projects to achieve strategic business goals, ensuring alignment with organizational priorities and resource optimization.

Strategic Planning:

Define program roadmap, success metrics, and milestones. Develop and manage business cases, program charters, and execution plans.

Stakeholder Management:

Partner with senior executives, business sponsors, and
- functional teams to ensure clear communication, alignment, and accountability throughout the program lifecycle.

Governance & Reporting:

Establish and oversee governance structures, status reporting, and performance dashboards to track progress, risks, and dependencies.

Risk & Issue Management:

Identify potential risks, issues, and interdependencies early; develop and execute mitigation plans to ensure successful delivery.

Budget & Resource Management:

Manage program budgets, resource allocations, and vendor relationships to achieve efficiency and
- effectiveness.

Process Improvement:

Drive continuous improvement initiatives, implement best practices, and promote a culture of excellence in program delivery and execution.

Team Leadership:

Mentor project managers and
- functional teams, fostering collaboration, innovation, and professional growth.

Qualifications & Skills

Education: Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree (MBA or equivalent) preferred.

Experience: 15–18 years of total experience with at least 8–10 years in program or project management leadership roles.

Certifications: PMP / Pg
MP / PRINCE2 / Agile Certified Practitioner (preferred).

Technical Skills:

Proficiency in project management tools (MS Project, Jira, Asana, Smartsheet, etc. )

Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies.

Strong understanding of SDLC, product development, or digital transformation (depending on industry).

Soft Skills:

Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.

Strong analytical and
- solving capabilities.

Proven leadership and conflict resolution abilities.

Strategic mindset with attention to detail.
