SAP-Oriented Project Lead

Requirements

• Strong Project Management experience in Infra managed services domain.
• Understanding of technical system parameters e. g. IP ranges, network configuration, domain server names, etc.
• Understanding and experience of having managed (not necessarily executed) system migrations.
• Proactive and SD-oriented mindset.
• Ultra strong communication skills e. g. professionalism, clarity, smart, precise, and concise style; both verbal and written.
• Prowess to work in a virtual team setup with multiple stakeholders.
• Client‑facing experience.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate effective communication among team members and stakeholders to ensure project alignment.
• Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions as necessary to meet objectives.
• Analyze project data to identify trends and provide insights for continuous improvement.
• Develop comprehensive project documentation to support transparency and accountability.
• Lead project meetings to discuss updates, challenges and strategies for success.
• Responsible for developing and executing end‑to‑end project management activities of an assigned program, project, or contracted service within a globally sourced delivery model.
• Act as a subject‑matter expert, collaborate and manage the team to perform effectively, making key decisions and providing solutions to problems for your immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Advanced proficiency in Program & Project Management required; Delivery Operations Control, Issue Management and Risk Management recommended or suggested.
