Responsabilidades chave

• Lead
  - functional projects within the banking domain, ensuring alignment with business strategy, compliance, and technology architecture.
• Manage project lifecycle activities: scope, resource planning, timelines, risk assessment, reporting, and stakeholder communication.
• Ensure technical solutions meet financial and operational needs.
• Oversee vendor and
  - party management, ensuring deliverables and budgets are met.
• Prepare and present status updates, executive reports, and steering committee materials.
• Identify and mitigate project risks, dependencies, and constraints proactively.
• Drive continuous improvement in project governance, agile/hybrid delivery models, and
  - team collaboration.
• Ensure all initiatives comply with regulatory and security standards relevant to the financial industry.
• Demonstrate a proactive and collaborative attitude in
  - solving.

Competências

• Minimum 5 years of experience managing projects in the finance, banking, or fintech sectors.
• Proven track record in
  - driven initiatives (e. G. , system integrations, digital banking platforms, data migrations, or core banking implementations).
• Solid understanding of financial products and operational processes.
• Strong technical acumen — ability to discuss architecture, APIs, integrations, and data models with developers.
• Experience managing
  - disciplinary teams (business analysts, developers, testers, external vendors).
