The Role

We are looking for a motivated IT Project Manager to join our team. This is an excellent career opportunity to work on innovative projects in the development of software products for the banking credit sector.

The IT Project Manager will oversee the entire lifecycle of IT projects, ensuring the delivery of
- quality software products and precise documentation (such as specifications and test plans).

Success in this role requires exceptional planning, execution, and leadership skills to meet project objectives within defined scope, timeline, and budget constraints.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop detailed project plans, managing timelines, resources, budgets, and milestones to ensure successful delivery.
• Lead complex,
  - disciplinary project teams throughout the delivery lifecycle.
• Drive project delivery using agile methodologies.
• Lead teams, fostering collaboration and maintaining clear communication of project goals.
• Provide regular updates to stakeholders and senior management on project status, addressing concerns, and ensuring alignment with business goals.
• Motivate and guide team members, fostering a productive and empowered work environment.
• Oversee the creation and management of detailed project documentation, including specifications and test plans, ensuring accuracy and adherence to standards.
• Participate in budget planning and track the financial performance of projects, ensuring alignment with financial goals.

Education and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field. Candidates with equivalent professional experience in IT project management will also be considered.
• 2–4 years of experience as an IT Project Manager.
• Proven experience working with
  - disciplinary teams.
• Strong experience and a solid understanding of agile methodologies is essential.
• Previous experience in the banking or financial sector is a plus.

Technical Skills

• Solid understanding and practical experience with Dev
  Ops principles.
• In-depth knowledge and practical application of agile methodologies to ensure efficient and timely software delivery, including practices like continuous integration and continuous delivery.
• Project management tools: proficient in tools such as JIRA, Trello, Asana, Microsoft Project, among others.
• Risk Management: Ability to identify, assess, and mitigate risks throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring that projects stay on track.

Soft Skills

• Excellent

• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Proficient in facilitation, conflict resolution and fostering transparency.
• Flexible and adaptable to dynamic and

• A natural leader with the ability to inspire and energize team members.

Language and Certifications

• Fluency in English, both written and verbal.
• Certification in Agile (e. g. , Scrum Master) is a plus.
