? We are looking for a Purchase Manager with experience in the IT market to join the team.

? Responsibilities:

• Identify and analyze the needs for raw materials and equipment, monitoring the IT market;
  
  
• Create and manage Purchase Orders (PO), quotations, and contracts;
  
  
• Optimize costs and monitor supplier performance;
  
  
• Manage transportation, receipt, and logistics of purchased items;
  
  
• Validate renewal dates and alert the responsible account manager;
  
  
• Follow up afterorder submission and invoice validation;
  
  
• Ensure cost compliance and support the commercial team in pricing and proposal analysis;
  
  
• Financially validate new suppliers and analyze public contract documents.

? Skills and Qualifications:

• Strategic thinking aligned with the organization’s principles;
  
  
• Negotiation skills to improve results with suppliers;
  
  
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in commercial and procurement processes;
  
  
• Knowledge of the company’s purchased products;
