Your Responsibilities

• Source, approach and guide candidates through the recruitment journey
• Conduct interviews and ensure an outstanding candidate experience
• Create job postings & develop sourcing strategies
• Work closely with clients and colleagues
• Support projects in recruiting & employer branding

Your Profile

• Motivation and curiosity for HR & recruiting
• Good English skills
• Open to digital tools and new ways of working
• Communication skills, empathy & willingness to learn
• Recruiting experience is a plus, but not required
