We are looking for an IT Recruiter to strengthen our Reach IT team, with a focus on outsourcing.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and approach valid candidates for the needs identified.
• Conduct interviews and prepare a
  - list of candidates to send to clients.
• Record, update and maintain client and candidate information in the internal database.
• Supporting employee loyalty and reducing turnover through regular contact.
• Providing constant feedback to candidates on the outcome of recruitment processes, regardless of whether it is positive or negative.
• Support in building and refining internal processes, namely sourcing, training and other resources.

Requirements:

• Higher education in Management, Economics, Human Resources, Information Technology,
• Marketing or similar areas.
• Minimum of 2 years' experience in recruiting profiles from the technology sector.
• Advanced knowledge of English.
