Our Team is growing and we’re looking for an IT Recruiter Intern . Could it be you?

Your Mission Will Be:

• Manage the recruitment and selection full cycle process for IT roles;
  
  
• Creation of jobdescriptions and curricular screening;
  
  
• Administrative tasks related to recruitment and selection activities and others as needed;
  
  
• Search for potential candidates on several platforms, like Linked
  In (Recruiter), using different strategies;
  
  
• Conducting phone and video interviews;
  
  
• Communicate with business managers to understand hiring needs.

Really Important To Have:

• Fulfill the eligibility criteria required for participation in an IEFP-sponsored internship;
  
  
• BSc in Human Resources, Sociology, Psychology, or related fields;
  
  
• Fluency in Portuguese and English;
  
  
• High motivationto be part of a dynamic team;
  
  
• Interest in the
  IT field;
  
  
• Ability to adapt to changes and
  - speed environments.

Not Mandatory, But It Would Be Good:

• Previous experience in the recruitment field;
  
  
• Experience in the role, especially with tech profiles;
  
  
• Experience working with a Linked
  In recruiter;
  
  
• Good level of English (spoken and written).

IEFP Internship Grant:

• IEFP grant of 1149, 50€ gross ;
  
  
• We also offer a meal allowance of €8. 50/day , paid via card.
