Noesis is looking for candidates with the following profile:

Main Tasks and Responsibilities

• Managing recruitment processes in the IT area;
• Managing and publishing adverts with opportunities;
• Sourcing and identifying candidates;
• Conducting interviews and preparing interview reports.

Requirements

• Degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology or similar;
• At least 1 year of experience in recruiting IT profiles;
• Previous experience working for companies in the IT sector;
• Experience with recruitment platforms like Linked
  In Recruiter;
• Good teamwork and communication skills;
• Resilience;
• Good time management and multiple objectives;
• Dynamism and proactivity;
• Good level of English.
