We’re looking for a passionate IT Recruiter to join a growing international recruitment team delivering top digital talent and building
- performing tech teams across Europe.

Location: Hybrid / Remote (Poland).

Your mission

• Manage
  -
  - end recruitment processes for IT and tech consulting roles.
• Source and headhunt top candidates using Linked
  In, Git
  Hub, and other platforms.
• Conduct interviews and assess technical as well as soft skills.
• Collaborate with hiring managers and sales teams to understand recruitment needs.
• Manage ATS (Zoho Recruit) and maintain candidate pipelines efficiently.

You bring

• 3+ years of experience in IT recruitment.
• Good understanding of IT technologies (Java, . NET, Python, Dev
  Ops, etc).
• Fluent Polish and English.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Proactive,
  - driven, and
  - oriented mindset.
