Creation of job descriptions and curricular screening;



Administrative tasks related to recruitment and selection activities and others as needed;



Search for potential candidates on several platforms, like Linked
In (Recruiter), using different strategies;



Conducting phone and video interviews;



Communicate with business managers to understand hiring needs. Really Important To Have:Fulfill the eligibility criteria required for participation in an IEFP-sponsored internship;



BSc in Human Resources, Sociology, Psychology, or related fields;



Fluency in Portuguese and English;



High motivation tobe part of a dynamic team;



Interest in the ITfield;

Ability to adapt tochanges and
- speed environments. Not Mandatory, But It Would Be Good:Previous experience in the recruitment field;



Experience in the role, especially with tech profiles;



Experience workingwith a Linked
In recruiter;
