Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (required).
• At least 2 years of recruitment experience, ideally in IT.
• Results-driven mindset and a passion for delivering excellence.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Fluent in both English and Portuguese (spoken and written).
