We are seeking an IT Recruiter to join our team in Portugal.

Responsibilities:

• You'll be working in a multicultural and diverse environment, recruiting several IT profiles to work in European Institutions' projects.
• Source potential candidates through online channels;
  
  
• Conduct interviews to assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, experience, and aptitudes;
  
  
• Assess candidate information, including resumes and contact details, using our Applicant Tracking System;
  
  
• Creating strongtalent pipelines for our company’s current and future hiring needs;
  
  
• Developing strong relationships with candidates and recruiting supports in order to achieve the best candidate experience during the process;
  
  

Requirements:

• Experience in recruiting IT profiles – preferably in an European context;
  
  
• Fluency in English is mandatory;
  
  
• Fluency in French is a plus;
  
  
• Relevant University Degree;
  
  
• Availability totravel.
