What will be your role

You will be part of a dynamic Human Resources Team, playing a key role in attracting and hiring top IT talent to support our company’s growth.

• Sourcing candidates through Linked
  In, databases, events, and other channels to ensure a continuous flow of high‑quality technical talent.
• Screening applications and conducting interviews to assess technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.
• Creating and maintaining strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs, with a focus on IT profiles.
• Developing strong relationships with candidates to provide a positive experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Managing the full recruitment cycle, from intake meetings with hiring managers to sourcing, screening, process coordination, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
• Participating in career and tech events to promote employer branding and attract top IT professionals.
• Collaborating closely with hiring managers and technical teams to align recruitment strategies with business goals.
• Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives in recruitment processes, focusing on efficiency and hiring quality.

What should you bring to the team

• +4 years of proven experience in talent acquisition or recruitment for technical or IT roles.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
• Strong sourcing expertise for tech and IT positions.
• Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to manage and streamline recruitment.
• Ability to assess technical skills and cultural fit for roles within a growing company.
• High sense of responsibility and attention to detail throughout the recruitment process.
• Strong focus on achieving recruitment goals and ensuring the best fit for the company’s growth needs.
• Collaboration skills to manage the recruitment cycle independently and in partnership with internal teams.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in Portuguese and English.
• Willingness to work up to 2–3 days in the Lisbon office.
• Passion for influencing people, fostering collaboration, and driving continuous learning.
