Main Tasks And Responsibilities

Noesis is looking for candidates with the following profile:

Managing recruitment processes in the IT area;
Managing and publishing adverts with opportunities;
Sourcing and identifying candidates;
Conducting interviews and preparing interview reports.

Requirements

Degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology or similar;
At least 2 year's of experience in recruiting IT profiles;
Previous experience working for companies in the IT sector;
Experience with recruitment platforms like Linked
In Recruiter;
Good teamwork and communication skills;
Resilience;
Good time management and multiple objectives;
Dynamism and proactivity;
Good level of English.
