Who We're Looking For:

✅ Professional Experience & Technical Skills:

Main tasks include:

• Partner with hiring leaders to identify workforce needs and define role requirements;
  
  
• Proactively source, assess, and interview candidates for technical roles;
  
  
• Review candidate profiles and align talent with appropriate career opportunities;
  
  
• Cultivate and maintain
  - term relationships within the IT professional community;
  
  
• Manage negotiations and support the
  -
  - end offer process;
  
  
• Monitor industry trends and evolving market conditions.

Technical Skills

• Demonstrated experience as an IT Recruiter (required);
  
  
• Strong knowledge of technology roles, systems, and current industry developments;
  
  
• Background recruiting for financial or
  - related profiles is considered a plus;
  
  
• Excellent verbal and written communication, with strong interpersonal skills;
  
  
• Ability to effectively handle multiple priorities in a dynamic,
  - paced setting;
  
  
• Hands-on experience with applicant tracking systems and modern recruitment tools;
  
  
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.

Work Setup
