Requirements

• Degree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, Management, Sociology or similar;
  
  
• 1+ years of experience in recruitment, preferably IT;
  
  
• Results-orientated and committed to success;
  
  
• Ambition to make a difference;
  
  
• Valuing relationships and trust;
  
  
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on results;
  
  
• Fluency in English and Portuguese (written and spoken).
