Your Mission Will Be:

• Partner with Hiring Managers to collaborate on defining hiring needs, aligning expectations, and creating tailored recruitment plans;
• Search for potential candidates on several platforms, like Linked
  In (Recruiter). Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools efficiently. Develop innovative sourcing strategies to identify and engage passive candidates;
• Conducting phone and video interviews;
• Administrative tasks related to recruitment and selection activities, and others needed;
• Candidate Experience & Employer Branding: Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the hiring journey. Act as a brand ambassador to attract and retain top talent;

What You'll Need:

• BSc or MSc in Human Resources, Psychology, or related fields;
• At least 1 year of experience in recruiting IT profiles;
• High motivation to be part of a dynamic team;
• Experience working with a Linked
  In recruiter;
• Good level of English (spoken and written);
• Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain constructive and productive relationships
