Mission

Integration into the Recruitment Department of Alter Solutions Group, which is now transitioning into a new brand: act digital. Identification of international profiles in the different requested technologies, contributing to expanding our database and indirectly finding solutions for existing opportunities by conducting the respective interviews and/or salary proposals.

Responsibilities

Ensure effectiveness in the search for profiles, guaranteeing that we find suitable candidates for the various opportunities. The main responsibilities include:

Carry out recruitment and selection processes, for Belgium and Luxembourg markets, in accordance with the company’s policies and procedures, keeping all records updated;

Enhance recruitment sources by establishing contacts and partnerships to increase the volume of applications;

Present proposals aimed at responding to open needs to ensure a database of applications aligned with the company’s current and future needs;

Fill out interview reports and input candidate information into the CRM used;

Complete the Competency Dossier;

Create and verify job postings;

Participate in the preparation of management reports and recruitment indicators, whenever requested;

Provide support to the various company departments in tasks requested by management, whenever needed.

Requirements

Hard Skills:

Degree in Human Resources Management, Management, Psychology, Social Sciences, or similar;

Professional Experience: 1 to 3 years in similar roles;

Fluent or Advanced English (Mandatory);

Other: Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Knowledge of the IT market and business model.
