We’re looking for a passionate IT Recruiter to join a growing international recruitment team delivering top digital talent and building high‑performing tech teams across Europe. If you love connecting with people, understand technology, and enjoy finding the perfect match between specialists and projects — this role is for you.

Location: Hybrid / Remote (Poland)

Your mission

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment processes for IT and tech consulting roles
• Source and headhunt top candidates using Linked
  In, Git
  Hub, and other platforms
• Conduct interviews and assess technical as well as soft skills
• Collaborate with hiring managers and sales teams to understand recruitment needs
• Manage ATS (Zoho Recruit) and maintain candidate pipelines efficiently

You bring

• 3+ years of experience in IT recruitment
• Good understanding of IT technologies (Java, . NET, Python, Dev
  Ops, etc. )
• Fluent Polish and English
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Proactive, self‑driven, and results‑oriented mindset
