Our internal team is growing! We are looking for an IT Recruiter:

Responsibilities:

• Manage the recruitment and selection full cycle process for IT roles;
  
  ;
  
  
• Searchfor potential candidates on several platforms, like Linked
  In (Recruiter), using different strategies;
  
  
• Conducting phone and video interviews;
  
  
• Communicate with the hiring manager to understand the hiring needs.

Experience:

• BSc or MSc in Human Resources, Sociology, Psychology, or related fields;
  
  
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in recruiting IT profiles;
  
  
• Interest in the IT field;
  
  
• Ability to adapt to changes and
  - speed environments
