Your mission will be…

As an IT Release Manager, you will be responsible for planning, managing, and coordinating software releases across multiple teams and platforms. Your role ensures that software development, testing, and deployment processes run smoothly, are delivered on time, and meet quality standards. Through your leadership, organizational, communication, and presentation skills, combined with a solid technical background and critical thinking, you will connect technical topics to
- technical stakeholders, leading your responsibilities towards positive outcomes with a constructive approach.

We are looking for someone with…

• BS or MS in Computer Science, Business Information Systems, or a related field
• 3 to 5 years’ experience as a Release Manager
• Experience with Cloud, Integration architecture, or Dynamics 365 CRM
• Strong technical background with proven ability to confidently discuss:
• Azure Cloud: Azure App Services, Functions, ARM templates
• Dynamics 365 CRM: Deployment, updates, and integration
• Power Platform: Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI deployment
• Azure Dev
  Ops: Pipelines, boards, release management

Excellent communication skills are essential to:

• Lead topics across stakeholders from different units
• Oversee software delivery aspects
• Listen actively to technical and
  - technical issues
• Create technical documentation
• Manage release calendars and schedules
• Align releases with project and business goals
• Advise on technical solutions and risk mitigation
• Plan rollback procedures for failed releases
• Collaborate with development, testing, operations, and business teams
• Report progress to stakeholders
• Manage change requests with minimal disruption

The Release Manager acts as a bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders, making informed decisions on release readiness and timing, balancing speed and quality.
