About the role
- The R&I team, composed of 6 members, is part of the Digital Manufacturing department within Digital Technology (DT). The team focuses on Laboratory R&I in collaboration with stakeholders across DT, Global Business Units, and key software vendors.
- As an IT Research & Innovation Technical Analyst, you will enhance the robustness, scalability, and efficiency of IT systems supporting business operations through needs analysis, detailed specifications, and solution implementation.
- You will be responsible for:
- Requirements Analysis & Translation:
Gathering business needs, analyzing specifications, translating them into technical documents, and conducting gap analyses. - Solution Design & Implementation:
Working with architects and software vendors to identify technical changes and configuring applications for specific business needs. - Quality Assurance & Documentation:
Testing solutions, documenting processes, and ensuring security and quality standards are met. - Technical Support:
Managing support tickets, providing
- level support, escalating complex issues, and ensuring timely resolution. - Contract Management:
Monitoring software licenses, establishing vendor agreements, and structuring support contracts. - Project Management:
Leading projects, acting as liaison between business and software providers, especially for replacing existing software like Winsuplab.
We offer a permanent contract with a hybrid working mode in Portugal, with occasional travel to R&I centers in France.
About you
- Degree or equivalent in IT, Computer Science, Chemical, R&I, or related fields.
- 3-5 years of relevant experience in Business/Technical Analysis, Application Management, Systems Analysis, or Software Engineering.
- Fluency in English;
French is a plus. - Skills in managing scientific data, with familiarity in cloud solutions and analytics tools.
- Solid IT foundation:
networks, databases, software deployment. - Experience in SQL query development and execution.
- Knowledge of Laboratory Information Management Systems (LIMS), especially Agilab, is advantageous.

- Competitive salary range:
