Location: Lisbon or Porto Main Responsibilities:

Defines & Implements IT Continuity Policies, while developing strategies, frameworks, and tools to ensure resilience and compliance with group standards. Enhances Disaster Recovery (DR) Solutions, while guiding IT asset managers in crafting recovery strategies for various scenarios and ensure alignment with continuity requirements. Leads IT Continuity Exercises, planning, coordinating and overseeing DR tests to validate recovery effectiveness, while gathering and analyzing evidence for consistency. Maintains accurate documentation and reporting of IT continuity plans, incident reports, and procedural guidelines. Conducts awareness programs to strengthen continuity readiness across teams. Drives improvements in IT continuity processes to maximize efficiency and resilience. Profile Profile:

Bachelor's or Master's Degree in relevant field. At least 4/5 years of relevant experience. Proficiency in English (mandatory) and knowledge of French is a plus. Experience with Microsoft Office and Data Analysis tools. Driven to team work. Organizational and analytical skills. Excellent communication skills (ability to present and simplify complex information to various stakeholders). (Hybrid work, with 2/3 days of work in the office in LISBON or PORTO per week)
