? We are looking for a IT Risk Specialist.

MAIN TASKS:

• Support the identification, assessment, and mitigation of IT risks in line with internal policies and external regulations (including ISO 27001/27005 standards).
• Conduct regular risk assessments and ensure proper documentation and
  - up of risk treatment plans.
• Use Service
  Now GRC IT module to manage risk records, monitor control effectiveness, and generate reports for stakeholders.
• Collaborate with IT teams, business units, and security specialists to ensure alignment with security policies and risk mitigation strategies.
• Facilitate and participate in meetings with various stakeholders, ensuring clear communication of risks, actions, and deadlines.
• Prepare and deliver
  - quality reports and presentations using MS Office tools, especially Excel, to support risk management activities.
• Monitor compliance with IT risk procedures, methodologies, and directives, ensuring they are properly applied across the organization.
• Provide support in the implementation and continuous improvement of IT risk frameworks, especially in areas related to cloud solutions.
• Act as a point of contact for
  - related queries, demonstrating good listening, analytical thinking, and
  - solving skills.

YOUR PROFILE AND SKILLS:

• At least 2 years of experience in IT Risk or Cyber Security area (general IT knowledge is sufficient, this job does not require high technical expertise).
• Service
  Now GRC IT module user experience.
• ISO 27001/5 knowledge is highly valuable.
• Basic cloud solutions knowledge would be highly appreciated.
• Fluent in French / Spanish (valuable).
• Very good Expertise in MS Office tools, especially Excel.
• Very good organizational and communication skills (both written and spoken) in a
  - cultural environment.
• Ability to manage/facilitate a meeting.
• Aim to deliver very
  - quality results, respecting the deadlines.
• Respect the procedures, methodologies, and directives.
• Good listening, questioning ability and
  - driven personality.
• Fluent in English.
