? We are looking for a IT Risk Specialist.
MAIN TASKS:
- Support the identification, assessment, and mitigation of IT risks in line with internal policies and external regulations (including ISO 27001/27005 standards).
- Conduct regular risk assessments and ensure proper documentation and
- up of risk treatment plans. - Use Service
Now GRC IT module to manage risk records, monitor control effectiveness, and generate reports for stakeholders. - Collaborate with IT teams, business units, and security specialists to ensure alignment with security policies and risk mitigation strategies.
- Facilitate and participate in meetings with various stakeholders, ensuring clear communication of risks, actions, and deadlines.
- Prepare and deliver
- quality reports and presentations using MS Office tools, especially Excel, to support risk management activities. - Monitor compliance with IT risk procedures, methodologies, and directives, ensuring they are properly applied across the organization.
- Provide support in the implementation and continuous improvement of IT risk frameworks, especially in areas related to cloud solutions.
- Act as a point of contact for
- related queries, demonstrating good listening, analytical thinking, and
- solving skills.
YOUR PROFILE AND SKILLS:
- At least 2 years of experience in IT Risk or Cyber Security area (general IT knowledge is sufficient, this job does not require high technical expertise).
- Service
Now GRC IT module user experience. - ISO 27001/5 knowledge is highly valuable.
- Basic cloud solutions knowledge would be highly appreciated.
- Fluent in French / Spanish (valuable).
- Very good Expertise in MS Office tools, especially Excel.
- Very good organizational and communication skills (both written and spoken) in a
- cultural environment. - Ability to manage/facilitate a meeting.
- Aim to deliver very
- quality results, respecting the deadlines. - Respect the procedures, methodologies, and directives.
- Good listening, questioning ability and
- driven personality. - Fluent in English.
