Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated IT Sales Manager to lead and manage direct sales efforts for a
- scaling Saa
S platform. You will work closely with our strategic leadership to shape sales strategy, bring in new clients, support revenue growth, and build a
- performance sales organization. We look for a sales hunter—dynamic, relentless, results‑oriented—who demonstrates strong leadership instincts.
Work Model: flexible hybrid (office in central Lisbon).
Key Responsibilities

S sales with a hunter mentality—generating, managing, and closing
- quality leads. - Drive pipeline growth in SME and enterprise markets across Europe.
- Shape and execute the sales strategy in collaboration with leadership and senior stakeholders.
- Build and manage the sales team, aiming to set up a successful sales function within the company.
- Contribute to
- wide sales and overall growth results, not just individual performance. - Represent the company in sales calls, presentations, and negotiations with clarity, confidence, and impact.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- 5+ years of experience in B2B software sales.
- Proven track record of closing deals and leading sales efforts with SMEs and large enterprises.
- Strong communicator in English (written and spoken); additional European languages a plus.
- Experience in

- up environments, with the ability to work autonomously and lead initiatives. - Experience in managerial or lead role, ideally in Saa

Compensation Structure
- Base Pay: up to €1, 800 to €2, 300/month via invoicing (Service / B2B Agreement), depending on experience and seniority.
- Commission-Based Bonus: Significant
- based bonuses for own closed deals and overall company sales targets.
