This position will report to the Security Architect in the Information Security Division, in the implementation of Affidea Cybersecurity program. Including all the activities to develop security requirements, security guidance, security architecture, and technology solutions to address existing and emerging security issues.

Identify security risks on existing or proposed IT solutions and recommend changes or enhancements.

Review and update security solutions to ensure they are effective against current threats and aligned with evolving business processes.

Conduct regular reviews and updates of security policies and procedures to reflect changes in the threat landscape and business operations.

Assess and integrate security measures during mergers and acquisitions.

Support legal and compliance teams to meet regulatory requirements.

Collaborate with IT and other departments to understand business needs and ensure security measures support organizational goals.

Identify opportunities for automation to enhance security processes.

Stay up to date with the latest security trends, threats, and technology solutions.

Review proposed IT solution against the defined standards.

Prepare and document security solutions changes.

Implement and maintain corporate security policies and procedures.

Develop and implement security integration plans for newly acquired entities.

Coordinate with managed security services providers (MSSPs) to oversee the implementation, configuration, monitoring and lifecycle management of security solutions, ensuring alignment with company policies, industry best practices and regulatory requirements.

Manage
- party risk by assessing and monitoring the security practices of vendors and partners.

Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for security controls.
