What does it take to be a SMART IT SECURITY ENGINEER?

✅A degree in Computer Science or similar technical background

✅Between 3 and 6 years of experience in IT Security, especially Identity & Access Management (IAM)

✅Strong
- on skills in Active Directory management and user access provisioning

✅ Previous experience with Service
Now, Linux, and SQL

✅ Familiarity with cloud IAM (AWS, Azure or GCP) is a strong plus

✅ You’re comfortable working with Excel and maybe even Power
Shell

✅ Strong English communication skills (B2+ mandatory), and you’re great at explaining technical things simply

✅Experience supporting financial environments (Front-Office/Back-Office) is a bonus!

What will you do as a SMART IT SECURITY ENGINEER?

Manage user permissions and access rights via our IAM system (Sigma)
Coach users on best practices in access management and security protocols
Create and maintain business access profiles for key teams
Perform level 1 access reviews and support yearly
- certification campaigns
Support corporate applications by ensuring secure,
- privilege access is always the rule
Collaborate with teams across Security, IAM, Finance, and Audit to ensure our digital front is always secure
