Responsibilities

• You will develop and implement security policies, protocols, and procedures aligned with corporate standards.
• Conduct regular security audits and vulnerability assessments.
• Investigate and respond to security incidents and breaches.
• Collaborate with IT and other departments to ensure security best practices are followed.

• Provide training and guidance to employees on security awareness and best practices.
• Lead the implementation of cybersecurity measures and initiatives.
• Develop and deliver safe and secure e
  Learning programs for employees and manage phishing consequence management and response strategies.
• Work closely with the IT Security Officer to ensure alignment with organizational security strategies and compliance requirements.
• Actively participate in the digitalization and task automation processes, contributing to the company's evolution towards digital transformation.

What makes you great

• You have a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field;
  
  
  
  a master's degreeis a plus.
• Proven experience as an IT Security Specialist or in a similar role with a strong track record of managing and implementing security measures.
• In-depth knowledge of security protocols, cryptography, and security frameworks;
  
  
  
  proficient in security tools and technologies such as SIEM, firewalls, antivirus software, and intrusion detection systems.
• Experience conducting security audits, vulnerability assessments, and penetration testing;
  
  
  
  familiar with regulatory requirements and industry standards such as GDPR, ISO 27001, and NIST.
• Excellent
  - solving and analytical skills with the ability to think critically and strategically;
  
  
  
  strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to explain complex security concepts to
  - technical stakeholders.

This role is a
- time position based on an unlimited contract. The standard weekly working hours will be from 08:
