? Preliminary Step: Project Framing

• Define objective, scope, dependencies, major risks & issues.
• Confirm sponsorship and business rationale (incl.
  - level ROI and benefits).
• Estimate effort for solution design and project execution.
• Identify key contributors for the study.

? Study / Design Phase

• Define business requirements, cost, and timeline.
• Coordinate experts to design a solution meeting requirements.
• Identify risks and dependencies impacting execution.
• Build full financial plan (costs, revenues, savings).
• Design governance (roles, responsibilities, stakeholders).
• Create project roadmap and secure resources (skills, capacity, funding).

? Execution Phase

• Drive roadmap execution and share aligned status updates.
• Identify risks/issues and propose mitigation plans.
• Escalate issues and adjust roadmap if needed.
• Monitor budget and contributor feedback;
  
  adapt as required.
• Prepare governance meetings, reporting, and communication.

✅ Completion Phase

• Collect feedback from participants.
• Identify best practices and improvement areas.
• Update project management toolkit with lessons learned.

Technical Skills:

- Experience in a project leader role (senior PM level).

- Strong track record in successful interactions with peers in a
- hierarchical framework.

- Strong analytical skills.
