Right now, we are looking for a IT Senior Technician to integrate our internal team, based in Lisbon.
Your responsibilities include:
- Help team managing all IT equipment’s present in Claranet Buildings (video conferences, printers, wireless, tab schedulers, etc. . )
- Help team managing all IT equipment’s delivered to Claranet Collaborators (laptops, monitors, mouses, keyboards, etc…)
- Help team managing/administrating platforms/applications that supports the base tools for Claranet Collaborators ( O365, Email; Teams; DUO; Active Directory; Intune; etc…)
Detailed:
- Implements requests for user account changes in Windows domain Active Directory and email management systems;
- Support to the end user and internal Pc's
- Identify and resolve problems occurring in our office networks;
- Configure and install new IT equipment, control and monitor software and hardware in our Desktop Management environments;
- Identify and resolve software, hardware, and
- system issues; - Inventory and equipment maintenance and audits.
- Solving micro informatics issues mostly at our offices or remotely;
- Implementation of Transformation Projects related with Team Responsibilities
- Supports the HR department ensuring efficient and smooth operations.
- Perform some administrative tasks such as delivery onboarding and offboarding materials;
- Assist/Support in the internal events, such as
- building activities, and company meetings.
This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle with several information.
You must have:
- At least 10 eyers of experience
- Experience with Operating systems (Windows 10 / Windows 11 and mac
OS); - Office 365 training or proved knowledge is (Mandatory);
- Management of users and mailboxes;
- IM Clients (MS Teams);
- Management of users and groups in Active Directory;
- Access and permissions management in Microsoft Fileshare;
- Hardware and peripherals (Troubleshooting, software and hardware installation and ticket resolution);
- Network and Internet (Firewall, Proxy, Anti
Spam, Access Points, Switching); - Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
- Organizational Skills: Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Interpersonal Skills: Ability to work well with diverse teams and handle several information with professionalism.
