We are looking for an IT Service Change Manager to join our Client's team on a REMOTE working model from Portugal.

Eligibility:

Candidate must reside in Portugal for a minimum during last 5 years.

Portuguese Citizenship is mandatory.

Completed Bachelor or Master degree is a must.

Candidate must be prepared to obtain EU Clearance after accepting the job offer.

Responsibilities:

IT Service Change Management:

Provide status reports for implemented IT service changes to senior management.

Execute routine changes in a live IT service environment.

Generate schedules and time estimates for planned IT service changes.

Participate in the analysis of risks, costs, and benefits for proposed IT service changes.

Document procedures and implemented changes within the IT service ecosystem.

Change Control:

Develop, document, and implement changes based on requests for change.

Apply change control procedures to ensure smooth and consistent processes.

Utilize tools, techniques, and processes to manage, track, and report on change requests.

Requirements Definition and Management:

Use standard techniques to elicit, specify, and document requirements for clearly defined subject areas.

Assist in the definition, management, and creation of a requirements baseline.

Aid in investigating and applying authorized changes within the systems.

Risk Management:

Conduct basic risk management activities to identify and mitigate risks.

Maintain documentation of risks, threats, vulnerabilities , and their mitigation actions.

Candidate Requirements:

Completed Bachelor or Master Degree is a must.

At least 3+ years of practical experience handling change requests from initiation to closure, engaging with relevant process owners and stakeholders.

Training and Certifications:

ITIL v3/v4 Foundation Certification (mandatory).
