About the Role

As the IT Service Delivery Manager, you will ensure day‑to‑day provisioning of IT services across regions, coordinate with vendors, and maintain high service quality and cost performance. You will align IT services with business goals, drive service improvement, and work with internal and external stakeholders, Corporate Shared Services, and Business Unit teams.

Responsibilities

• Ensure day‑to‑day provisioning of IT services in line with business demands and agreed SLAs.
• Coordinate with vendors, stakeholders, and teams to optimize service quality and performance.
• Drive demand and expectation management from IT‑Ops perspective across the Region.
• Plan and provision resources for infrastructure and end‑user support within the agreed cost and quality framework.
• Collaborate with Regional and Cluster leads, tech sub‑functions, and partner leaders.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of IT experience, either internal or as a service provider.
• 5+ years of managing IT service delivery and driving strong service and cost performance improvements.
• 3+ years of working with outsourced infrastructure partnerships.
• 3+ years of project work experience as PM, work package lead, or senior supplier.
• Good knowledge of ITIL‑based Service Management processes and/or other best practice frameworks.
• Operational experience with the latest technologies and methodologies.
• Strong budgetary management experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Demand and stakeholder management experience.
• Knowledge of IT security and compliance standards.
• Fluency in English.
