What are we looking for? IT Service Manager

Requirements:

Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT service management, with a focus on incident management;

Experienced in Advanced Excel and Power
BI;

Strong understanding of ITIL principles and practices;

Familiarity with incident management tools and software like Service
Now;

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with technical and
- technical stakeholders;

Good level of English – minimum B2;

Available for hybrid work in Porto;

Must be in Portugal!
