What are we looking for?

IT Service Manager

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT service management, focusing on incident management;
• Experience with Advanced Excel and Power BI;
• Strong understanding of ITIL principles and practices;
• Familiarity with incident management tools and software such as Service
  Now;
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with technical and
  - technical stakeholders;
• Good proficiency in English – minimum B2;
• Available for hybrid work in Porto.
