The role - IT

Services Administrator

We are seeking an IT Services Administrator to support

the maintenance of our IT landscape and provide technical assistance to IT

Teams. Your main responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

• Analyze information, diagnose symptoms, and resolve incidents through events generated by our monitoring tools
• Comply with OLAs defined by the Service Delivery Manager and contribute to elevate customer satisfaction
• Be engaged in proactive management for our application services.

Your profile

• BSc or MSc in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field
• Experience with Windows server
• Knowledge of Network concepts
• Understanding of how all components within an IT service interact with one another
• Basic administration and Cloud knowledge is considered as a differentiator
• Fluent in both written and spoken English and Portuguese.
