What you'll do:

Summary:

We are looking for an experienced SAP Technology Senior Consultant with a passion for providing excellent customer support mainly for our MEE/EMEA customer base and driving projects around technical services and SAP solutions operated by Enterprise Cloud Services.

The Role:

As a Senior Technology Consultant, you will analyze customer business requirements or technical problem statements and act as a technical advisor and problem solver to clients and internal stakeholders.

This includes various technical tasks (hands-on execution based on tickets and advisory) in areas such as: technical configuration & integration of SAP software, release upgrades, application lifecycle management, as well as
-
- day operations and maintenance of technical SAP landscapes.

You will also work on updating our system setup/configuration guidelines, validating new applications, designing work instructions, and driving automation initiatives. Additionally, you will focus on designing and conducting knowledge transfer to the global Operations community and creating technical documentation, including operational concepts, process flows, and guidelines.

What you bring:

• 8+ years of experience in SAP Net
  Weaver administration (ABAP and Java Basis)
• Hands-on experience with SAP technologies like SAP Net
  Weaver, Web Dispatcher, Cloud Connector, or Business Objects solutions
• Technical knowledge/experience in FIORI enablement, SSO, SSL, and integration technologies
• Background in software architecture and cloud technology
• Knowledge of SAP Business Technology Platform
• Experience with SAP HANA 2. 0 and HANA XSA is an advantage
• Experience in ITIL and IT Service Management processes
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, or Information Technologies Management
• Strong analytical,
  - oriented thinking, and excellent communication, presentation, and networking skills. Comfortable working in international and virtual teams.

The Enterprise Cloud Services (ECS) Delivery organization within CS&D is responsible for running and operating SAP’s private cloud offerings, including landscapes built for customers in SAP data centers or on Iaa
S infrastructure like Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud, or AWS. Services are delivered globally across regions with a focus on international and cultural diversity.

As part of ECS Delivery, the “Technology Services” area supports as an interface between operational teams and supporting units like service engineering, customer engagement, or productization, driving projects to improve services, provide guidance, or support critical situations.
